BIOGRAPHY

Charles Hardee has been handling personal injury and wrongful death cases in North Carolina since 1981. He has developed a statewide reputation of helping injured people and protecting the rights of injured victims from insurance companies.

At Hardee, Massey & Blodgett, LLP, Charles, along with partner Brack Massey and their experienced staff, handle the firm’s litigated cases. With an exceptional knowledge of the law, Charles has handled thousands of successful injury claims and tried and arbitrated hundreds of cases to conclusion.

A native of Grifton, Charles attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1978. Upon graduation, Charles attended the School of Law at Campbell University and was admitted to practice law in North Carolina in 1981.

Charles has been selected as a Super Lawyer, a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. M. Brack Massey

BIOGRAPHY

Brack Massey has been handling personal injury, wrongful death, and workers’ compensation cases in North Carolina since 2010. Brack focuses on pre-litigation and litigation matters and also manages the firm’s workers’ compensation practice. He has handled thousands of cases and secured millions of dollars in settlements for his clients.

A Greenville native, Brack attended Rose High School. Upon graduation he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he played baseball for the Tar Heels. Brack obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree and began studies at Elon University School of Law. He obtained his law degree and was admitted to practice law in the State of North Carolina.

Brack and his wife, Jessie, are residents of Greenville and have two daughters and one son.

Kyle M. Blodgett

BIOGRAPHY

Kyle Blodgett has been handling personal injury and wrongful death cases since he was admitted to practice law in 2014. Focusing on obtaining the best possible results for his clients, he works closely with his partners Charles Hardee and Brack Massey. Kyle has proven himself a devoted and effective advocate for those who suffered an injury or lost a loved one as the result of someone else’s negligence or wrongdoing.

“It is a privilege to call eastern NC home. I grew up here, I am raising my family here, and I care about our community. The most rewarding part of what I do is helping people. It’s why I went to law school, and it’s what drives me to work hard every day.”

Kyle grew up in New Bern, North Carolina and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2004 and worked for Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. Kyle began his studies at Elon University School of Law in 2011. He obtained his Juris Doctorate and was admitted to practice law in the State of North Carolina in 2014.

Having spent years in sales before attending law school, Kyle knows the importance of providing personal, one on one service to every client.

Kyle and his wife, Jordan, reside in Greenville. They have three children, a set of girl/boy twins and a younger son.
